The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. This position is full time, non-exempt (hourly/non-exempt).
Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities/Skills/Duties:
- Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
- Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
- Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
- Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
- Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
- Abide by OSHA standards
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- Ability to light manual labor and duties included above
- Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
