Are you a skilled maintenance leader looking to make a real difference in your next role? Village at Fountain Lake, a vibrant residential community managed by Vintage Realty Company, is seeking a qualified and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset.  

About the Role: 

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day physical upkeep of the community while leading and supporting a maintenance team. You will play a key role in ensuring that resident homes and community spaces are functional, well-maintained, and welcoming—delivering the high standard of living our residents expect.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and participate in the apartment “make-ready” process for all vacant units

  • Complete and delegate work orders efficiently and with high-quality results

  • Perform and oversee general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems

  • Conduct regular property and unit inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality standards

  • Maintain all HVAC systems and pool operations, including logs and preventative care

  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, keeping storage areas clean, secure, and organized

  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to control maintenance expenditures within budget

  • Support staff scheduling and training

  • Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and ensure emergency repairs are handled promptly

  • Uphold safety protocols and compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and Fair Housing laws

  • Perform other maintenance-related duties as required


 
Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair

  • At least 3 years of experience in apartment or multi-family property maintenance

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a maintenance team, manage priorities, and problem-solve effectively

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • HVAC certification strongly preferred

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance

  • Willing to complete a criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment


 
Work Schedule:
 
  • Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • On-call and weekend availability required on a rotating basis
