 VMA-LA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
 
This position is not for Vintage Realty, but rather a subsidiary company VMA-LA Mineral Investors. We buy principally Haynesville Shale assets in East Texas. 
 
 The Administrative Assistant will be assisting with all administrative duties on a daily basis including but not limited to working Microsoft office suites, data entry, data management, and daily mail runs. 

 Schedule: 
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Compiling and printing 
  • Route incoming mail
  • Maintain office and stock supplies
  • Record and maintain data within excel spreadsheets
  • Complete and proof documents before they are sent out
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Excel
  • QuickBooks experience preferred 
All candidates should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record & automobile insurance. All candidates must be willing to complete a criminal background & drug screening process as successful completion is necessary before an employment offer is granted.
